UI / UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, and developers to understand and translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
2. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics.
3. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
5. Ensure consistency in design standards and best practices across all products and platforms.
6. Maintain and improve the company’s design system and UI pattern library.
   Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
7. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers effectively.
   Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability).

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and creative problem-solving skills.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
6. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
