Job Description:

As a Channel Partner Manager, you will onboard and train new partners, support them in understanding our products and their margins, provide ongoing assistance, and maintain long-term relationships to ensure a steady flow of leads through this channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard & train partners on our products, margins, and ideal customer profiles.

  • Provide marketing materials and assist in developing lead generation strategies.

  • Maintain regular contact to build and sustain strong, long-term relationships.

  • Ensure a consistent flow of leads through effective partner engagement.

  • Address and resolve partner issues as the main point of contact.

  • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to improve their results.

Qualifications:

1. Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to train and support partners effectively.

  • Knowledge of sales strategies and lead generation.

  • Experience in channel management or partner relations is a plus.

  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve partner issues.

2. Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, MBA or a related field.
