Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. Your focus will be on creating engaging content, maintaining consistent branding, and driving audience engagement to support lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Create and manage content for multiple social media channels, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and themes across brands.

  • Design social media posts using tools like Canva, and prepare explainer videos to support content distribution.

  • Manage social media KPIs (e.g., likes, followers, comments, views, and lead form submissions) to track performance and growth.

  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement with the audience.

  • Repurpose blog content and other materials into engaging social media posts to drive more traffic and interaction.

  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions to foster positive engagement and relationships with followers.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align social media content with overall branding and messaging strategies.

  • Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating visuals.
  • Basic video editing skills for explainer videos and social media content.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and maintain consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve social media performance.

2. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
