Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating a consistent flow of leads by coordinating marketing campaigns and telecalling activities. Your focus will be on ensuring the business receives a steady pipeline of qualified leads through targeted efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telecalling campaigns to qualify leads from the target audience.

  • Align and execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies for capturing high-quality leads.

  • Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Research potential leads and identify opportunities within the target market.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation efforts.

  • Ensure leads are properly transferred to the sales team with all necessary information.

  • Utilize CRM to track lead progress and maintain follow-up communication.

  • Continuously improve the lead generation process based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Skills:

  • Strong telecalling and communication skills.

  • Experience in coordinating marketing and lead generation campaigns.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.

  • Good research and data management skills.

2. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Any relevant certifications in telemarketing or digital marketing are a plus.
