Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating a consistent flow of leads by coordinating marketing campaigns and telecalling activities. Your focus will be on ensuring the business receives a steady pipeline of qualified leads through targeted efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telecalling campaigns to qualify leads from the target audience.
Align and execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies for capturing high-quality leads.
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Research potential leads and identify opportunities within the target market.
Monitor and report on the performance of lead generation efforts.
Ensure leads are properly transferred to the sales team with all necessary information.
Utilize CRM to track lead progress and maintain follow-up communication.
Continuously improve the lead generation process based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
1. Skills:
Strong telecalling and communication skills.
Experience in coordinating marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.

2. Education:
