Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Potential Leads: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, online databases, and networking events.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct initial outreach to assess lead quality and potential fit for our CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with our target audience.
- Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through email campaigns, cold calls, and other communication strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with company goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking lead interactions and ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
