Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, with a focus on identifying and nurturing potential leads for our CRM solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify Potential Leads: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, online databases, and networking events.
  2. Qualify Leads: Conduct initial outreach to assess lead quality and potential fit for our CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with our target audience.
  3. Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through email campaigns, cold calls, and other communication strategies.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with company goals.
  5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking lead interactions and ensuring seamless handoff to the sales team.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
  7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for lead generation.

 

Qualifications:
