Job Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll manage product implementations, ensuring successful project delivery. You will set project goals, manage client expectations, oversee timelines, and collaborate with teams. Your role is to align CRM features with client goals and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Set clear project goals and manage client expectations.
Oversee Soultion Implementation based on client KRAs.
Plan timelines, allocate resources, and track project progress.
Create solution documents and provide client training.
Conduct audits to ensure proper implementation and resolve issues.
Monitor client usage, conduct feedback calls, and handle escalations.
Identify upselling opportunities and prevent client churn.
Manage costs and ensure alignment with efforts.
Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement and share insights.
Qualifications:
1. Skills:
Experience in CRM systems, project management, and team leadership.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and optimize processes efficiently.
2. Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
CRM or project management certifications are preferred.
