Job Description:
As a Solution Architect, you will coordinate with customers to resolve their product-related issues. Your role includes providing technical assistance, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring clients receive timely and effective support. You will also assist with implementing new features and help clients optimize their product use.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and updates.
Update customers on new features and assist with their implementation.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
1. Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools is a plus.
2. Education:
