Job Description:

As an HR Executive, you will manage various HR functions including recruiting talent, maintaining employee records, supporting employee development, and addressing HR-related issues. You will also assist with onboarding and help maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire new employees to fulfill company requirements.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

  • Provide support to employees regarding their benefits.

  • Organize and coordinate training and development programs.

  • Assist with employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
