Job Description:
As an Admin Support Staff member, you will handle a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining Internet & Wifi connectivity, arranging weekly breakfasts, and addressing equipment issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage office supplies, including laptops, monitors, mice, & other accessories.
Ensure proper functioning of office Wi-Fi and connectivity
Arrange and coordinate weekly office breakfasts.
Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to laptops, connectivity, & other office equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document management.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Qualifications:
1. Skills:
Basic technical skills for handling office equipment and connectivity issues.
Good organizational skills for managing office supplies and coordinating events.
Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and resolving issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
2. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or technical qualifications are a plus.
