Job Description:

As an Admin Support Staff member, you will handle a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining Internet & Wifi connectivity, arranging weekly breakfasts, and addressing equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee & manage office supplies, including laptops, monitors, mice, & other accessories.

  • Ensure proper functioning of office Wi-Fi and connectivity

  • Arrange and coordinate weekly office breakfasts.

  • Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to laptops, connectivity, & other office equipment.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document management.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.

Qualifications:

1. Skills:

  • Basic technical skills for handling office equipment and connectivity issues.

  • Good organizational skills for managing office supplies and coordinating events.

  • Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and resolving issues.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

2. Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or technical qualifications are a plus.
