Job Description:

As a Telecaller Executive, your role involves conducting telecalling campaigns to engage with target audiences. You will handle tasks such as qualifying leads, informing about new products or schemes, reminding event registrants to join event and gathering feedback from existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute telecalling campaigns to reach out to target audiences.

  • Qualify leads by calling on provided databases and assessing their potential.

  • Inform the target audience about new products, schemes, or updates.

  • Remind event registrants to join events on time.

  • Contact existing customers to gather feedback and improve service.

Qualifications:

1. Skills:

  • Good communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.

  • Ability to follow scripts and perform assigned tasks effectively.

  • A basic understanding of sales or customer service is advantageous.

  • Experience in telecalling or customer outreach is a plus.

2. Education:
