Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist to handle the setup and support for Sanchay CRM, a solution for professionals in Financial Advisory and mutual Fund Distribution. Your role will involve configuring the CRM, understanding client requirements, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client workflows and configure Sanchay CRM accordingly.

Provide training and ongoing support to clients.

Conduct implementation audits and resolve setup-related issues.

Gather feedback, monitor usage, and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations.

Qualifications:

1. Skills:

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Mutual Fund Distributor and Financial Advisor workflows.

Understanding of client onboarding and KYC processes.

Comfortable working with financial data such as folios, AUM, and transaction reports.

Knowledge of Mutual fund advisor or consultant business

2. Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, BBA/MBA (Finance), BFM, Business Analysis, or related fields.
